We are regular users of Google Earth, and sometimes Google maps.
We hadn't checked the maps lately, but upon inspecting our regular spots, we could not believe the improvements.
Google has outdone themselves this time.
The details are just incredible - you can see the leaves on the trees.
Now, while I find this quite amazing, I also realize that it comes close to pushing the privacy line.
Some of the street views capture the cars on the road at the time the image was taken.
And you can see with great detail the passengers in those cars.
Some people are not going to like that.
Thoughts of Big Brother come to mind.
Check it out yourself when you get a minute - just type an address in the box on the google.com page.
Select the "Earth" view as opposed to the "map".
It really is amazing.
